The husband tried multiple recipes with different ingredients and different tastes until he found the perfect one, He uses the English recipe in the making of the cakes and the French and Italian recipe in the making of the filling and garnish ( coating ).

Husband & wife shared their love for baking, and wife encouraged and pushed her Husband to turn that passion to a reality for all, in return of the wife’s support the brand was named after the wife’s nickname, Ruchi.
